The types of jobs you receive depend on your chosen partner track. Certified Electrician partners typically receive residential wiring, commercial fit-outs, and light industrial jobs. Electrical Contractor partners receive HT/LT infrastructure, substation, panel installation, and larger commercial projects. Service Partners receive AMC contracts and scheduled maintenance assignments. Technician Network members receive assignment-based jobs matched to their skill profile. All partners can receive emergency breakdown calls in their area.

Basic requirements vary by track. Certified Electrician partners should hold a valid electrical wireman or supervisor licence from the relevant state electrical inspectorate. Electrical Contractor partners should have a valid electrical contractor licence. Service Partners should have demonstrated experience in AMC and maintenance work. Technician Network members should have a relevant trade certificate or ITI qualification in electrical work. Service Partners are typically assigned to TesniQ's existing client portfolio for ongoing maintenance, providing a more predictable and recurring work pipeline.
